cancellation and return policy
What happens if an order is eligible for return or exchange?
Orders are processed immediately after they are made. Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order, after which a cancellation is not possible. As items are made to order, all furniture sales are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Items are only eligible for refunds or exchanges in the unlikely event a damaged or defective item has been received. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery.
We'll work with you to make things right if there is a problem with your order. Contact us through our contact form within seven days of receipt. Items will be collected and you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase if you do not wish to exchange.
